Joe Huber Family Farm, Starlight Indiana

      After an early start and a fun trip to the race track, we headed North to a small town called Starlight, Indiana.  After driving through the countryside we arrived at the Joe Huber Family Farm.  This is a working Family Farm and Vineyard that has an on site restaurant where they serve fresh homemade food, family style.  What a perfect way to start out our trip, a family style meal!  On the Menu: Fried Chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans, chicken and dumplings, and biscuits with apple butter.  Yumm...Yummm!
