Our stop was in Salina, Kansas the geographical center of the United States. Everyone had some down time and enjoyed dinner on their own and then we took the group to a movie theater where we watched movies as a group.

There's No Place Like Kansas!
Driving through Kansas, you can't help but get a little excited to see how extremely different the landscape is from North Carolina and the East Coast. Believe it or not, there were many excited conversations on the bus about the wind turbines, wheat fields, and its shear flatness.
